The technical challenge
Managing the commissioning of a High-Voltage wind plant made up of two distinct sections (Castel Favorito and Masseria La Cattiva), with over 24 km of MV cabling and a metering architecture across three voltage levels (LV/MV/HV).
Our added value
We led the entire accreditation and commissioning process, coordinating the regulatory bodies in parallel and removing every bureaucratic bottleneck:
- Fiscal and customs framework: submission of the initial plant declaration, obtaining the electrical workshop operating licence (art. 53 TUA) and structuring the auxiliaries plan for access to the excise exemption regime (art. 52 TUA).
- Metering engineering and Terna compliance: drafting the sworn technical report and managing the 6 fiscal/commercial metering systems (HV, MV and LV), handling digital certificates and POD procedures.
- GSE accreditation and FER auctions: technical-administrative support for registration in the FER auctions, drafting the auxiliaries description report for the issue of IGO titles and finalising the GSE agreements.
Result
Zero authorisation issues, full fiscal compliance of the metering flows and on-time grid connection for the maximum return on the investment.
